  1. What if I'm not completely happy with my purchase?

    I'm sorry you're not happy with your order, so let's try and make it right.

    If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email me shop@saltypineapple.ca immediately, so we can find a solution together.

    You'll receive a response within 2 business days. 


  2. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, all of our items ship worldwide plus we offer FREE standard shipping to our customers all over the world.

    Currently, we don't ship to the following destinations: Brazil, Hong Kong, China, Russia and all of Africa.


  3. What are your shipping rates?

    All orders include FREE standard worldwide shipping with tracking.

    Currently, we don't offer expedited or overnight shipping options.


  4. How long will my order take to process and ship?

    Once you place your order online, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

    When your order has been shipped, you'll receive another email with your tracking information.

    Please allow 3-4 days from your order date for production and 7 to 21 days for shipping depending on your country. US orders take up to 7 days to ship. International orders take up to 21 days.


  5. Will you be launching new products?

    Most definitely! 

    New products and collections will be launching every month or so.
